We are looking for an experienced BMS Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of the Building Management System (BMS) for our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of automated building systems including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems to maintain safety, comfort, and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operation of the Building Management System (BMS)
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve faults in HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and other automated systems
Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors for timely repairs and upgrades
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS components
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of system performance and incidents
Train junior technicians and operators on BMS procedures and protocols
Implement energy-saving initiatives through system optimization
Respond promptly to emergency situations and alarms
Assist in system upgrades, installations, and testing of new equipment

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering
Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire alarm, lighting control, and security systems
Ability to analyze system data and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Familiarity with energy management and building codes
Good communication and team leadership skills
Willingness to work in shifts or on-call basis, if required
