Restaurant Staff are responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations within the restaurant, delivering excellent customer service, assisting in food and beverage service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
Set up dining areas and prepare tables for guests.
Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas throughout the shift.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant roles is preferred but not always required.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
