The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems on construction sites. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and quality execution of MEP works in compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of MEP technicians and subcontractors on site.
Monitor and ensure the installation of HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP systems according to design drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and other engineering teams for integrated project delivery.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and project documents.
Assist in resolving technical issues and provide guidance to the installation team.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials and equipment for MEP works.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor in construction projects.
Sound knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, ASHRAE, NFPA).
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
