A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves promoting products or services, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads, business opportunities, and customer prospects
Promote and sell the company’s products/services to potential clients
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM systems
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or networking events as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C, depending on the industry)
Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
