Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence
Organize and maintain legal files, records, and documentation
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, meetings, and closings
File legal documents with courts and regulatory bodies
Manage schedules, court dates, and deadlines for attorneys
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
Certification in Paralegal Studies (preferred but not always required)
Previous experience in a legal support role is an advantage
Strong understanding of legal terminology, documents, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
