Future International Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Lead/Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about supporting staff, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will lead HR operations while ensuring adherence to UAE education regulations and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations in compliance with ADEK requirements, including HR documentation, staffing ratios, policy frameworks, and licensing processes.
Support and advise school leadership on HR strategy, recruitment, and staff development.
Ensure adherence to UAE Labor Law and effectively manage HR-related issues within the education sector.
Implement and maintain HR systems and processes, including HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Coordinate with other UAE education regulators such as KHDA and MOE as required.
Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment for all staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the education sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE education regulations, including ADEK compliance, licensing, and policy management.
Familiarity with other UAE regulatory bodies such as KHDA and MOE is advantageous.
Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
