Key Responsibilities:
Review project technical specifications for mechanical procurement.
Identify and evaluate mechanical suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase agreements.
Issue purchase orders and monitor their progress.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines.
Track and evaluate supplier performance.
Maintain procurement records and documentation.
Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Prior experience in mechanical procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of mechanical equipment, standards, and materials.
Familiarity with procurement and project management software.
