Sales Associate
Job Location : Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting perfumes by providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout that showcases the products effectively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product range, including fragrance notes and brand stories.
• Engage with customers through personalized service to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Conduct inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and product displays.
• Participate in promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and inventory needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate:
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the cosmetics or fragrance industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Passion for perfumes and a keen interest in fragrance trends and brands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
