Key Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting operations including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits
Lead and supervise the accounting team
Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or hotel industry finance
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
Excellent analytical and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
