Key Accountabilities
• Providing support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting the same on all social media platforms.
• Responding to comments/messages of Job Advertisements.
• Organizing CVs according to the required designation.
• Assisting HRBP in contacting candidates via phone, in-person & on-site.
• Assisting HRBP with post-hiring procedures and communicating the processes and developments with the hired candidates.
• Coordinate with the Administration department when and ever necessary to facilitate the employee.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Management Studies / Humanities / Social Sciences / Others preferred

- Should have basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures
