Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and inspect rigging equipment before use to ensure it meets safety standards.
Set up and dismantle rigging gear, such as pulleys, cranes, and hoists, according to project requirements.
Secure loads properly and ensure safe lifting and movement of materials and equipment.
Direct crane operators and other team members using standard hand and radio signals.
Perform load calculations and assess lifting angles to maintain balance and safety.
Conduct daily inspections and report any damage or defects in rigging equipment.
Follow all Aramco-approved safety procedures and lifting plans.
Coordinate with supervisors and lifting engineers to ensure compliance with site and project standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings as required.
Qualifications:
ITI / Vocational certification or equivalent.
Valid Aramco Rigger III certification.
Proven experience in construction or industrial rigging operations.
Strong knowledge of rigging procedures, load charts, and lifting gear.
Ability to work safely in high-pressure environments and comply with HSE standards.
