Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical static equipment, including pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers.
Verify compliance with project specifications, Aramco standards, and applicable codes (ASME, API, etc.).
Review welding procedures, inspection reports, and non-destructive testing (NDT) results.
Ensure all QC activities follow Aramco-approved quality and safety procedures.
Apply Competency-Based Training (CBT) methods to assess and enhance QC team members’ skills.
Identify and report non-conformities and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
Valid Aramco Mechanical Static QC Inspector certification.
Competency-Based Training (CBT) certification
Strong knowledge of mechanical static equipment, welding codes, and inspection techniques.
Experience with Aramco projects and quality standards preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
