We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. The Barista will engage with customers, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive experience for all patrons. Attention to detail, a passion for coffee, and good communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café area.
Handle cash and operate the point of sale system efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Vocational training or experience in food & beverage service preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Candidates should:
Be currently based in Bahrain.
Have relevant experience in customer service (preferred).
