Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, caterers, and event venues.
Promote and sell a wide range of hospitality products including:
Commercial kitchen equipment
Catering supplies
Dining sets and tableware
Glassware and barware
Professional-grade cutlery and utensils
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a detailed CRM of prospects, clients, and sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality supply industry, with a strong understanding of:
Kitchen equipment and food service machinery
Hotel catering and banqueting products
F&B service items including dining sets, glassware, and barware
Housekeeping and front-of-house essentials (optional but advantageous)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and events.
