We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Odoo ERP Functional Consultant to join our growing team and lead Odoo ERP implementations for a diverse range of clients. This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring ERP modules, supporting change management, and ensuring a smooth post-implementation experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client business needs and translate them into functional ERP configurations using Odoo.
Lead functional workshops and discovery sessions with clients to define and document requirements.
Configure Odoo modules including but not limited to Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and POS.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the ERP solution.
Collaborate with developers to design and oversee the implementation of custom features and integrations.
Assist in data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Perform functional testing and validation of configured modules.
Support sales efforts by participating in pre-sales demos, proposal creation, and scoping exercises.
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate client business processes using Odoo functionalities.
Create user manuals, system documentation, and training materials.
Provide ongoing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows (GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, etc.).
Experience with Odoo ERP (functional implementation or consulting role) is highly preferred.
Knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in spoken Arabic.
Ability to manage multiple client projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
High attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through.
Team player who can collaborate across business and technical teams.
