Installation Jobs Execution
Receive installation orders from the installation supervisor and execute the required jobs in line with the installation control processes, methods, and equipment, showcasing expertise and delivering the required installation output in line with Creative Closets’ quality standards and the agreed timelines with minimum material wastage.
Assemble, install and repair Creative Closets products at customer homes or offices showcasing expertise in using all installation tools and equipment.
Ensure all products are installed efficiently as per specifications and drawings in line with the agreed timelines with customers.
Showcase expertise in reading, interpretating and understanding installation drawings.
Follow blueprints, work orders and installation schedules to determine job instructions and specifications accurately.
Report all damage, malfunctions or issues to the installation supervisor that involve company equipment.
Report blueprint-related issues to the installation supervisor and take necessary action to address and resolve the problems.
Document installation-related services, tasks and actions through installation-related forms, reports, logs and records.
Guide and train the installation helpers to work as per the defined criteria and assist them in performing their duties.

Achieve customer satisfaction through state-of-the-art installation job execution and services to maintain company’s image and positioning.
Oversee strict conformance to the customer’s agreement specifications delivering a service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure the installation jobs are completed on time and that the quality of the installation meets the required standards of Creative Closets.
Ensure strict compliance to Creative Closets safety standards, regulations and processes during the entire installation process that include but not limited to installation-related equipment & material handling and operational hazards.
