Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and material take-offs for petrochemical projects.
Monitor and control project costs, variations, and change orders.
Review contracts, tender documents, and procurement proposals to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve financial and contractual issues.
Conduct site visits to verify quantities and monitor work progress.
Prepare and present regular cost reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards in all project activities.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and project handovers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, cost control, and budgeting.
Familiarity with project management software and estimation tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in petrochemical projects is mandatory.
