Projects Manager – Construction & Building Projects
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and oversee construction project operations from initiation to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site execution teams.
• Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and client specifications.
• Oversee project documentation, contracts, and progress reports.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholder communication effectively.
• Implement risk management strategies and resolve project-related issues.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with standards.
Requirements :
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and building projects.
• Proven success managing end-to-end project lifecycles (initiation → handover).
• Prior Gulf region experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of construction management practices and regulations.
