Application Support Analyst
Job Location : Qatar
Key Responsibilities :
• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle and Microsoft-based enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL/PLSQL scripts, XML Publisher reports, and workflows.
• Support and customize Oracle Framework (OAF), Oracle Workflow, and AME.
• Build and maintain applications using Oracle APEX and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Manage REST API integrations and ensure seamless data flow across business systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform system health checks, patch updates, and performance tuning.
• Provide support for Oracle ERP modules (P2P, O2C, EAM, HRMS).
• Develop and customize applications using .NET, MVC (Razor C#), and front-end frameworks (Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery).
• Manage SharePoint (On-Prem & Online), SPFX, and Azure Functions for enterprise application development.
Required Technical Skills :
• SQL / PLSQL & Reports Development (XML Publisher, RDF)
• Oracle Framework (OAF), Workflow, and AME
• ERP Modules: P2P, O2C, EAM, HRMS
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse
• SharePoint (On-Prem & Online), SPFX Development
• .NET, MVC (Razor C#), JavaScript Frameworks (Angular, React, JQuery, TypeScript)
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in application support and development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team.
