Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contractual procedures
Experience with cost control, budgeting, and procurement processes
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with project teams and clients to ensure cost-effective solutions
