1. Executive Support

Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings across group companies.

Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentation materials for executive meetings.

Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.

Handle all incoming and outgoing communication with high professionalism and confidentiality.

Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries for the MD and accompanying staff.

2. Office Coordination

Act as the primary liaison between the MD’s office and internal departments, business units, and external stakeholders.

Follow up on tasks, decisions, and action points from meetings to ensure timely completion.

Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors, prioritizing requests and ensuring appropriate response or delegation.

3. Administrative & Documentation

Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy) for easy retrieval of corporate documents.

Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management meetings.

Coordinate signature of contracts, letters, and approvals as per company protocols.

Ensure confidentiality of all business information and sensitive documents.

4. Communication & Liaison

Draft professional business correspondence, memos, and communications on behalf of the MD.

Liaise with government offices, banks, clients, and vendors as required.

Support internal communication by conveying management directives to departments.

5. Event & Meeting Management

Organize board meetings, annual general meetings, and key corporate events.

Handle logistics for business meetings, conferences, and delegations.

Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials.
