Document Controller
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Document Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, filing, and archiving of all departmental and project documents.
• Ensure that all documents are properly versioned, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Verify that all documentation meets regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams on all document-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in document control, preferably within construction, engineering, or project management sectors.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
