Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
Aramco Approval / SAP Number (mandatory)
Proficient in document control procedures, project documentation systems, and MS Office tools
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all project-related documentation, both electronic and hard copies
Ensure all documents comply with Aramco standards and documentation requirements
Maintain document logs, transmittals, and registers using document management systems (DMS)
Distribute and file project documents in accordance with company and client procedures
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely document submission and review
Track revisions, approvals, and document status for all controlled documents
Ensure confidentiality, accessibility, and security of controlled documents
Support in audits and prepare documentation reports for Aramco and internal reviews
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in oil & gas, construction, or engineering projects
Aramco-approved or prior experience on Aramco projects (mandatory)
Familiarity with ISO documentation control standards
