Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Welding / Engineering
Aramco Approved PWHT QC Inspector Certification with CBT (mandatory)
Additional certifications in NDT, Welding Inspection, or QA/QC are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) processes in accordance with codes, standards, and Aramco requirements
Review welding and PWHT procedures, and ensure compliance with project specifications
Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements of materials and welds
Prepare detailed inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and documentation
Coordinate with project QA/QC engineers, welding supervisors, and site teams
Ensure all welding and PWHT activities adhere to safety and quality standards
Support audits, client inspections, and third-party inspections
Maintain records of inspections, calibrations, and certifications
Requirements:
Aramco approved PWHT QC Inspector with CBT (mandatory)
Minimum 5–10 years relevant experience in oil & gas / petrochemical projects
