Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities :
• Oversee restaurant(s), in-room dining, bars, and banquet operations
• Drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and cost control (labor, COGS, wastage)
• Manage menus/promotions with Culinary & Marketing; ensure brand consistency
• Lead staff hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure HACCP/food safety compliance and exceptional service standards
Preferred Qualifications :
• 5–7+ years in F&B with multi-outlet leadership in luxury hospitality
• Strong financial acumen and guest-experience focus
