HR Generalist
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate HR census records (visas, labour cards, EIDs, passports).
• Coordinate with PRO and employees for new, renewal, and cancellation of visas, Emirates IDs, and labour cards.
• Provide regular HR reports including headcount, QMS, and other workforce data.
• Support onboarding activities including Tawjeeh training.
• Handle invoice checks, clearances, and reimbursement requests related to visa medicals.
• Support HR initiatives, workflows, and documentation of standard operating processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, QHSE, and labour regulations.
• Maintain physical and electronic HR records as per 5S standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Arabic speakers with Emirati nationals are preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High integrity, adaptability, and customer-focused mindset.
