Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
3-5 years of site supervision experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Immediate availability preferred
