Administrative Officer
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficient in using the ministries’ online systems, fulfilling their requirements, and submitting necessary documents when required.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Manage correspondence, records, and filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare memos, letters, and internal communications.
• Support HR and Finance teams with daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle vendor coordination.
• Liaise with government and external entities as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
