Front Office Receptionist
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
• Maintain guest records and process payments.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience using the Opera PMS system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Arabic Speaker.
