Job Description:
Lead DevOps practices jointly with the team to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Responsible for installation, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of DevOps tools such as Source Code Management systems (Git, Azure, SVN).
Drive continuous improvement in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes.
Enhance automated monitoring and alerting systems to meet Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Automate responses for recurring issues to improve system reliability.
Build frameworks for software and application deployment automation.
Develop platform environments to support auto-scaling capabilities for the business.
Organize, scale, and maintain application and deployment configuration templates.

Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps
Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, AKS)
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps culture and best practices
