Job Description
Provide Level 2 (L2) support for WSO2-based middleware and integration systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot rule-based integration processes to ensure smooth operation.
Optimize WSO2 middleware configurations for improved performance and stability.
Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues.
Understand and escalate scope changes per change control process.
Resolve most technical incidents independently within technical area.
Work with team members to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Excellent command of English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in WSO2 platforms including API Manager, ESB, and Identity Server.
Experienced in working with rule engines such as Drools and JBoss.
Skilled in scripting languages such as Python and Shell for automation and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration and communication between systems.
