Executive Secretary
Job Location : Kuwait
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to senior executives.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate internally and externally.
• Ability to manage the Chairman's schedule, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence efficiently.
• Experience in travel coordination, logistics, and executive documentation.
• Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the Chairman's daily schedule and appointments.
• Handle correspondence, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the Chairman.
• Prepare and review reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up on key actions.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and event logistics.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
