Sales Engineer
Job Location : Qatar
Principal Accountabilities :
• Responsible for achieving annual sales targets and gross profit plans.
• Attend meetings with key customers including contractors and consultants to ensure product and technical briefing.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities in the market. Organizing sales visits to customers and opening new accounts based on the market opportunities.
• Responsible for providing pre
• and post-sales support to customers to achieve customer delight. Provide product education and advice to internal and external customers.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with contractors and clients, identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the electrical materials sector.
• Follow up with appropriate contacts (technical and commercial) on submitted offers to secure a positive closing.
• Contribute to product forecasting and inventory planning by providing accurate data from the projects and trade.
• Analyze industry pricing trends in the local market/region and recommend the pricing of products/services to managers to maintain market competitiveness.
• Identifies the slow and non-moving products that need marketing assistance and provides feedback on the best approach to market such products to customers.
• Monitor and suggest price positioning in markets.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Technical knowledge in cables or construction materials industry
