Job Description & Responsibilities:
The Document Controller will support AIGCC’s day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Key responsibilities include:
Managing, organizing, and updating controlled documents in both digital and physical formats.
Handling incoming/outgoing documents, letters, transmittals, and submittals.
Ensuring all documents follow the AIGCC standard formats, numbering systems, and revision control.
Coordinating with departments such as Procurement, HSE, QA/QC, Engineering, Planning & Cost Control, and HR.
Updating logs, registers, and trackers for daily activities.
Maintaining confidentiality and secure filing systems.
Preparing reports, scanning, copying, and archiving documents.
Supporting the management team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Local Transfer Only (Iqama must be transferable).
Minimum 2 years experience in documentation or administrative roles.
Previous experience in construction/industrial companies is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiar with document control procedures and workflow.
Good English communication (written & verbal). Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to handle pressure and work with multiple departments.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Location & Mobility:
Primary work location: AIGCC Head Office – Jubail
Candidate may be assigned to other company locations or project sites depending on operational requirement.
