Purchase & Stores Officer
Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement of school supplies and materials.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Keep accurate records of purchases, quotations, and stock levels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing & inventory management (preferably in a school or similar institution).
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory software.
