Are you an experienced finance leader passionate about driving excellence in manufacturing finance, strategic control, and business performance? Join our dynamic team as a Finance Controller, where you’ll play a central role in overseeing financial strategy, compliance, and leadership across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance team to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and adherence to IFRS and local regulations.
Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation processes.
Act as a strategic business partner, offering insights and financial guidance to management and operational teams.
Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, working capital, insurance, and secretarial matters.
Handle intercompany transactions, cost recharge mechanisms, and transfer pricing across regional entities.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local tax frameworks.
Lead risk management, internal audit coordination, and corporate governance initiatives.
Collaborate with global teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong track record in manufacturing finance, with deep knowledge of costing, budgeting, and reporting.
Expertise in IFRS standards, compliance frameworks, and internal controls.
Proven leadership abilities and hands-on experience in treasury, taxation, and financial operations.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
