Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize AI recruitment platforms and advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights.
• Stay updated on emerging recruitment technologies and trends to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support global recruitment initiatives while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of AI recruitment platforms, sourcing automation, and next generation hiring tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global recruitment environment.
