Admin Officer
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for guests when required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail services.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed.
• Assist with office coordination tasks, including ordering supplies and managing deliveries.
• Ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a administrative support role, preferably in a PR, media, or corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Based in Dubai
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
