Responsibilities
Maintain and manage all controlled documents for the organization and assigned projects in accordance with company standards.
Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, approved, and properly stored in the designated document management system.
Oversee the full document lifecycle, including submission, review, approval, issuance, and distribution of documents.
Implement and monitor version control, document numbering, and tracking systems to ensure clear traceability.
Support internal and external audits by promptly providing accurate documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, consultants, and clients to facilitate efficient and timely document exchange.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to support quick retrieval and audit readiness.
Provide guidance and training to staff on document control procedures and best practices when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative/document management role.
Strong understanding of document control processes, workflows, and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (Arabic & English) is required.
Preferably Female.
Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID (mandatory).
