Responsibilities:
Examine patients’ teeth, jaws, and facial structure to diagnose alignment issues.
Develop individualized treatment plans using braces, retainers, aligners, or other orthodontic appliances.
Perform procedures such as fitting braces, adjusting appliances, and monitoring treatment progress.
Educate patients and parents about oral care, treatment plans, and post-treatment maintenance.
Collaborate with dentists, oral surgeons, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans and progress.
Stay updated with the latest orthodontic techniques, technologies, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Dental degree (BDS/DDS) with specialization in Orthodontics.
Valid medical/dental license (DHA, MOH, or MOHRE) or eligibility.
Proven experience as an Orthodontist.
Strong knowledge of dental and orthodontic procedures and appliances.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a clinical setting.
