We’re Hiring!
Shambarg Contracting & General Maintenance Company is seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should bring at least two years of experience handling front desk operations, administrative tasks, and general office support duties.
You’ll be responsible for greeting visitors, managing correspondence, organizing documents, coordinating office activities, and maintaining a professional, welcoming front-desk environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential for managing daily tasks smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. A professional appearance and a customer-service-oriented attitude are must-haves for this role. Candidates should also be familiar with document filing systems and administrative procedures.
