Guest Relations Executive

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests/patients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information efficiently.
• Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain strong interpersonal and organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Must be able to communicate fluently in Hindi.
• Mandatory Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree (in any relevant field).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Currently available in the UAE; Immediate Joiners Preferred.
