Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer will manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positions, ensuring timely and efficient hiring to support operational needs. This role requires strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, hands-on experience in coordinating with the PRO for visa and onboarding processes, and the ability to source, screen, and mobilize large volumes of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Develop talent pipelines through job portals, manpower agencies, referrals, and direct sourcing strategies.
Coordinate with the PRO team to ensure proper handling of documents, visas, work permits, and onboarding procedures.
Ensure all hiring activities comply with Qatar Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct initial assessments and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and project needs.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and reports for management review.
Assist in organizing trade tests, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns as needed.
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with line managers to understand workforce requirements and provide hiring support.
Support employee mobilization, deployment, and timely joining of selected candidates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or high-volume hiring.
Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law and government procedures.
Experience working closely with PRO/GRO teams for visa processing and documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requests simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
