The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership:
Lead and oversee the development of design concepts, presentations, and detailed documentation.
Translate client requirements into functional and innovative architectural solutions.
Ensure design excellence, consistency, and alignment with project vision and brand standards.
Review and critique design work to maintain the firm’s design integrity.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of design and execution.
Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Lead coordination between architecture, interior, landscape, MEP, and structural disciplines.
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure technical quality, code compliance, and constructability.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Lead presentations, design workshops, and coordination meetings.
Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical & Documentation Oversight:
Supervise preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
Ensure compliance with local authority codes, regulations, and international standards.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and site queries.
Provide design and technical support during the construction phase.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Support professional development and continuous improvement within the team.
Ideal Profile:
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience with a strong design and delivery portfolio.
Licensed Architect / Professional Registration (preferred).
Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects through all design stages.
Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing, building systems, and local regulations.
Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
