Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and distribute company quality documentation.
• Monitor all quality-related activities across projects.
• Ensure contractors/vendors meet quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project QA/QC documentation.
• Track effectiveness of the quality management system and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with client representatives on quality matters.
• Handle audits, reports, NCRs, site observations, and customer complaints.
• Ensure proper documentation at project completion.
