Customer operations, service delivery, and support functions. From managing KPIs and SLAs to driving customer-centric strategies, you’ll ensure services run seamlessly and customers remain delighted.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead onsite customer operations & team performance
Define strategy & align Etisalat services with customer needs
Manage incidents, problems, and service level agreements
Oversee suppliers, projects, and continual service improvement
Skills & Qualifications:
5–6 years in service management/delivery
Bachelor’s in Engineering/IT
Mandatory: CCNA, PMP, ITIL Foundation (OSA/SS preferred)
Strong leadership & relationship management
