We are seeking an experienced and dependable secretary to support one of our esteemed clients in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and professionalism in managing daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a wide range of office administration tasks with high accuracy
Prepare professional reports, presentations, and dashboards as needed
Efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate internal and external communications and documentation
Uphold confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations at all times

Qualifications:
Strong skills in office administration and coordination
Excellent command of MS Office and Windows-based applications
Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed reports and dashboards
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
Currently in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama
