Responsibilities:
Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
Liaise with clients or hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Schedule interviews, provide feedback, and coordinate the selection process.
Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and assist in onboarding processes.
Maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence.
Experience:
2 - 4 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting (depending on level)
