Qualification:

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients

Mentor and guide junior sales staff, sharing best practices
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
