Qualification:
Graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
Relevant experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory
Additional language skills (English) preferred
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication in Spanish and English
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Organizational and multitasking skills
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Previous experience managing a team in a multi-lingual environment is a plus
